PDP Guber Candidate Dr. Anosike to Address Abia Journalists At NUJ Congress  

NUJ Abia Invites All Members For Engagement With Governorship Flagbearer

UMUAHIA, Abia State – The Abia State PDP Governorship Candidate, Dr. Kelechi Anosike, is set to address journalists in the state as the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Abia State Council holds its monthly congress this Thursday.

This was contained in a statement jointly signed by the NUJ Abia Chairman, Comrade Chidi Asonye, and the Secretary, Comrade Iyke Onuegbu.

According to the statement, Dr. Anosike will attend the congress as Special Guest of Honour and will engage members of the press on issues affecting the state and his vision for Abia.

The congress is scheduled for 3pm on Thursday, September , at the NUJ Press Centre, No. 66 Aba Road, Umuahia.

The NUJ leadership called on all members of the union, including veteran journalists, to turn out in large numbers for the interaction with the PDP flagbearer.

The engagement is expected to provide an opportunity for journalists to interface directly with the governorship candidate ahead of the 2027 general elections.
