Abia Warriors Seek First Win In Tricky Lagos Test Against Sporting Lagos

UMUAHIA — Abia Warriors will be in search of their first win of the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League season when they face Sporting Lagos in a Matchday 4 encounter at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, on Sunday.

Umu Chineke have endured a sobering start to the campaign, picking up only two points from three games after two home draws and an away defeat. The run leaves Imama Amapakabo’s side 16th on the table and in need of momentum.
