Protect the Precious Foundation Congratulates Lead Person, Norah Okafor on Ambassadorial Title

Protect the Precious Foundation has extended the message of congratulations on Norah Nneoma Okafor, following her appointment as 1 of the 500 Girls and Women Speak Ambassador.

According to a statement endorsed by the Research and Communications Officer of the Foundation, Ijeoma Salome Ogwurumba,

“This incredible honour recognizes her unwavering dedication to speaking up for the girl child, changing the narrative on negative norms and stereotypes, her doggedness in advocacy and commitment to empowering women and girls across Abia State.”

The statement expressed the hope that with the added title, Ambassador Norah will without doubt, inspire more movement that will amplify the voices of women and girls, protecting their rights, empowerment, and well-being.

“We are confident that she will make a resounding impact, driving positive change and fostering a community that uplifts and supports one another, devoid of all forms of stereotypes, negative norms, and gender based violence,” she said.

“I am delighted to see Ambassador Norah take on this pivotal role as it is a well deserved honour. Her passion for the girl child resonates personally which led to the existence of the foundation, championing the course via our vision and mission statement, and we stand by her for greater achievement and impact.”

The Foundation wished her all the best in her new role and look forward to championing greater meaningful change and celebrating more achievements.
