Ohiya Youth President Celebrates birthday with School pupils, Distributes Educational Materials to them

The Youth President of Ohiya Autonomous Community, Umuahia South LGA, Mr Chimankpa Iweha has celebrated his birthday with the pupils of his Ohiya Community Primary School to thank God for life and assist them with educational materials.

Speaking while distributing educational materials to the pupils Iweha noted that the materials will further encourage them to study hard, adding that it is his own way of contributing to the development of education in Abia State.

The Youth leader commended Governor Alex Otti has continued for the ongoing renovation and retrofitting of public schools and health centers across the state.

He said that the Governor has done well his reforms in the education and health sectors describing him as not only a God -sent but a miracle working Governor.

The Youth President also seized the forum to thank the Governor for the renovation, retrofitting and equipping of the Ohiya Primary Health Center with state of- the -arts facilities, and expressed the hope that Doctors would be posted to manage the equipment.

Mr Iweha however appealed to the Governor to include the Ohiya Community Primary School in the list of schools to receive his touch.

He equally called on other well-meaning Ohiya sons and daughters to contribute to the development trajectory of the community, noting that government alone cannot provide all the needs of the community.

Contributing, a resident Prince Ogechukwu while felicitating the Celebrant noted that Governor Alex Otti has through huge investments in the health and education sectors restored the confidence of the people in the education and health systems of the State.
