The founder Onyeobia Foundation, Kelechi Ozioma Onyeobia, has called on residents of the State and Abians both home and abroad to participate fully in the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration exercise.

Onyeobia was addressing Ugwunagbo indigenes at the just concluded Ugwunagbo ward tour held at Asa Umunka civic center, on Monday, March 29 2026.

He stressed the need for every indigene of the State to register and obtain their PVCs to be eligible to vote in future elections.

According to him, active participation in the democratic process begins with voters’ registration which should be the responsibility of every citizen.

Onyeobia urged youths who have recently turned 18 and voters who may have lost or misplaced their cards including those whose cards are defaced to get new ones.

He pointed out that Governor Alex Otti has done marvellously well to earn himself an automatic second term in 2027 and encouraged Abians and all residents of the State to support his reelection to enable him continue his good works for the State.
