Aguocha Doles out Xmas Gifts to Constituents as Uko Applauds Gesture, Calls for Continuity
The member representing Ikwuano, Umuahia North and Umuahia South federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Obi Aguocha has doled out Christmas packages to members of Obi Aguocha Front-liners to enable them celebrate the 2025 Christmas.
Aguocha while making the donations, urged supporters to imbibe the spirit of love and sharing during and after the Christmas season.
He appreciated the good people of
Ikwuano, Umuahia North and Umuahia South federal constituency for their continued support.
He urged them to sustain their prayers and support for him to enable him do more, assuring them that, their wellbeing remains his top priority.
In his speeches, the National Leader of Obi Aguocha Front-liners Hon. Uzo Uko described the event as an annual tradition where the lawmaker meets his political structure to appreciate them for their continued support for him.
Uko thanked their leader for his kind gesture and assured him of their continued support at all times.

He noted that with over seven thousand members across the Local Government Areas of the federal constituency, the Obi Aguocha Front-liners were working assiduously not only to increase their membership but to return Rt. Hon. Obi Aguocha to the Green Chamber.
Speaking in an interview, a constituent and former Commissioner for Finance in Abia State, Dr. Aham Uko while describing Aguocha as many with empathy and compassion, and a grassroot person, said he was not surprised at his performance.
“And that has endeared him to a large followership. Without mincing words, you can see the number of people who came to associate and rejoice with him here today. I thank God for the way he has performed,” Dr. Uko said.

“And God knows that I feel very proud. And I have no regrets that he’s there representing us at the Green Chambers of the Federal Republic. There couldn’t have been a better person, in my view.”
The former Commissioner maintained that apart from touching lives, the lawmaker has also shown excellence in terms of legislation adding that a return to the office would make him do even more for his people.

“And God knows that, if given a second chance, I would do the same. Because in terms of legislation, he has shown excellence. If you look at legislators from Abia state at the Green Chambers that have made pronouncements at the National Assembly, he ranks first amongst equals.
“And when it comes to projects, he has not done badly. And when it comes to his opinion on national issues, he’s at the vanguard. And when you talk of grassroots followership, he has cultivated grassroots followership.

“One of which is what is exemplified today. So, in my view, on a scale of 1 to 10, I’ll give him 9.5. 9.5 because nobody is perfect. Perfection is only done by the eluded man.
“But 9.5 is a very excellent performance. And I think that if there’s anything that qualifies anybody for a return to that office, he has done all and even more. And I say that people should support him, you know, to go there and do more.”
The Eagle News reports that items Rt. Hon. Obi Aguocha donated to his constituents include; bags of rice and cash while thousands of beneficiaries appreciated his kind gesture.
