Renewed Hope Partners in Umuahia North Drums Support for Tinubu’s Re-election Bid

Stakeholders of the Renewed Hope Partners, Umuahia North chapter have expressed support for the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in come 2027.

The stakeholders, drawn from various communities and wards in the local government showed solidarity to the leadership of the Partners led by the Deputy Speaker of House of Representatives, Rt Hon Benjamin Okezie Kalu, promising to ensure 100% victory for the APC led administration in the elections.

According to the Convener, Rt. Hon. Stanley Ohajuruka: “Considering the achievements of the President Bola Tinubu’s Administration in the areas of infrastructural development, foreign debt repayment, prudent Management of National resources and the establishment of the South East Development Commission, it is only wise to reciprocate the kind gesture by supporting Mr President in the 2027 general elections.”

Ohajuruka who is the Executive Director, Finance and Administration of South East Development Commission, emphasized the need for the South East to vote massively for President Tinubu as this will bring about improved federal presence in the zone.

He noted that despite the low amount of votes recorded in the 2023 general elections, the President has shown commitment and interest to the development of the South East region through the emergence of Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu as Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, and the appointment of South Easterners into various key positions.

He extolled the leadership prowess of Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, describing him as a very sagacious leader and detribalized Nigerian, who despite representing Bende Federal Constituency, also, still has his empowerment footprints felt in every part of Abia State and the South East in general.

The Umuahia North Renewed Hope Partners Stakeholders also expressed their profound gratitude to the President for appointing their son Rt. Hon Stanley Ohajuruka as the Executive Director Finance and Administration of the South East Development Commission.

They thanked Rt. Hon Benjamin Kalu also for appointing one of the sons of Umuahia North, Mr. Sam Hart as Chief of Staff to the DeputySpeaker.

The meeting had in attendance major critical stakeholders from Umuahia local Government.
