Otti Approves Appointment Of 11 New Permanent Secretaries

UMUAHIA — Governor Alex Otti has approved the appointment of eleven successful officers as Permanent Secretaries in the Abia State Public Service following the 2026 Permanent Secretary Selection Exercise.

This was contained in a press release dated September 19, 2026, signed by Adaeze Ralph Igbokwe, for the Head of Service.

The appointees are Uwaoma Ajike, Rollingstone Frances Ogechi, Okoro Precious Uma, Nwaogwugwu Peace C., Uwajimgba Vincent Uchechukwu, Jackson Sunday Onyebuchi, Ukpabi Ngozi Juliet, Chinyere Josephine Kanno, Egesie Ijeoma Michelle, Ogugbue Kelechi Stella and Chukwuma Thelma Ijeoma.
