One Dead, Another Injured In Aba-Owerri Road Crash

ABA — One person has reportedly died and another sustained injuries following a road accident along the Aba-Owerri Road, near Jovit Mall, opposite Aba North Local Government Area headquarters.

The deceased was said to be a tricycle, Keke, operator involved in the crash.

According to eyewitness accounts, three other passengers survived the accident, while five vehicles were damaged.

The driver of the Toyota Sienna involved in the accident has reportedly been taken to Eziama Police Station.

He was alleged to have been eating while driving when the crash occurred.

Police are yet to issue an official statement on the incident as at the time of filing this report.
