Otti to Flag Off Construction of Uratta Road, Old Express Road, Aba

The long-abandoned Uratta Road and Old Express Road, Aba would be flagged off for total reconstruction in the coming days.

Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, disclosed on Sunday, at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Abayi Ariaria, Aba.

Otti assured Aba residents that the two strategic road projects will be awarded to very reputable construction firms, emphasising his administration’s commitment to delivering durable and quality infrastructure across Aba and the state at large.
