Eze Linto Salutes Gov. Otti on Newly Commissioned Umuahia/Akara/Abiriba Road, Commends Obasanjo for Coming to Abia

The Chairman Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Linus Nto Mbah has saluted Governor Alex Otti for the reconstruction of the 46.3 kilometres Umuahia – Uzuakoli – Akara – Alayi – Abiriba road.

Eze Mbah was reacting to the commissioning of the road performed by former President Olusegun Obasanjo at Uzuakoli, Bende LGA on Friday.

He noted that with the fixing of the road, Governor Otti has opened an artery of opportunities and given a lifeline to the people in the benefiting communities located along that axis.

Eze Linus Mbah highlighted the impact of the road on the economic lives of the people, adding that it would assist the farmers to transport their farm produce to the urban cities.

According to Eze Mbah, motorists would no longer be spending money on vehicle maintenance of which was the case before now and said it is commendable.

The monarch, who described Governor Otti as Chioma Ndi Abia, said he has transformed the state and made the people proud.

He added that the Governor has written his name in gold and endeared himself to the people, assuring that the people would continue to support his visionary leadership in Abia State.

Eze Linus Nto Mbah commended former President Olusegun Obasanjo for coming to Abia to commission the road and other projects.

He expressed joy that former President Olusegun Obasanjo came in person to see things for himself and appreciated him for his support to Governor Alex Otti.
